When I first started my coaching business back in 2010, I had only ONE uncommitted client for $50 per session. Just a girl with a ton of certifications and a big dream to make an impact…. But I quickly realized that I HAD to learn sales & marketing if I wanted to keep my business alive.

So, I got my Bachelor’s Degree in Entrepreneurship at Loyola Marymount University, worked in Business Development & Marketing for several startups, & hired COUNTLESS mentors & coaches.

So, I created my own F.A.S.T. Way Framework [Followers, Action, Sales, Time & Transformation] & it allowed me to grow my business from 1 uncommitted client at $50 a session to over 6-figures within 1 year of committing fully to my coaching business.

How much time do I need to invest into coaching & The Inner Circle?

It depends, but I’ve had clients who have only had about 2 hours a day to work on their business & they still booked clients & grew their business.

You may go at your own pace & the live coaching calls will be recorded if you can’t attend live.

The whole goal of our coaching together is to SAVE you time from having to piece together the next steps on your own & instead, help you take action weekly that builds momentum.

But if you struggle with procrastination and time management, that is something we work on in the program with my Business Protocol Tracker, Done-For-You Templates, Time Management System, & removing the "busy work."

Do I need to have my niche & offer figured out before getting started?

No, these are actually things I work on with you in detail!

However, if you do have an existing offer, that works too! We can work on upleveling the program, marketing messaging, and enrollment numbers!

I'm new & feel "Imposter Syndrome." How do I overcome this?

Remember that there are probably things that are common sense to you that your ideal clients don't know. Together, we can nail down your zone of genius, gain more confidence in your coaching skills, & improve your ability to help clients get results.

First off, I suggest that you make peace with programs you’ve done in the past and learn what you can from those experiences to turn it into a win going forward. Dan Sullivan’s EXPERIENCE TRANSFORMER Reflection Questions can help you with that. 😉

Whatever programs you’ve done… There’s always something to gain from your past. And it's important to develop the skill as a successful coach & CEO to LEARN from the past.

BUT once you've done that... your past is no reason to punish yourself going forward by not trying again with a proven program.

There’s nothing like having someone by your side, invested in your success, & ready to provide personalized support.

How many people are on the coaching calls & are they recorded?

This will vary. However, I can assure you that you will be able to get your questions answered & custom support in our small group format (currently about 4-10 attendees at a time). The calls ARE recorded if you cannot make it live.

Hint: It’s best to get in now to lock in the current rate & intimacy level. 😊 If the groups become larger than what I feel is beneficial for everyone, I will split up the groups so you can be 100% sure you will be able to have your questions answered.

Not to mention, you have daily access to the private client community where you can post questions or ask for feedback any time.

What if coaching is a stretch for my budget?

I have payment plan options and several different coaching offers. I work with clients at all different revenue levels from startup to established business owners. How are the 2X per week coaching sessions run?

On occasion, I will also lead mini trainings in the beginning of the coaching session. But rest assured, you’ll be able to have the time to be coached & get your questions answered.
